Wrong assumptions will make us realize soon within month.

Transport team cab scheduling is v.poor and even though we have leave balnce we cant utilize it. Unexpected sudden sick will also consider as behaviour issue and unauthorized leave. Even on festival days have to work only 1 or 2 can take leave rest all have to work they cant celebrate the same festival.🙁 . Have to work even unhealty and sick. All they need is to work irrespective of hpw we suffer mentally or health wise. Incentive will be given to abperson with 100% and above. Even a person work hard and achieve 95%+ they wont receive incentive. All their effort is worthless. Even the survey is due to process loop holes only the agent has to suffer the loss. CTC in offer letter doesn't match what we see in our payslip....Read More

The only thing that I like about Knoah is it offers you a scope of employment even from the undergraduate level which most of the companies doesn't do.

This list goes on because Knoah is one such company which is least bothered about the employees as it doesn't have to struggle too much to employee new people. People come like floods to join because most of them will be freshers and incomplete graduates like me.This place actually feels like a training institute where most of the people join and go or get terminated within 1year. This place is completely insecure, hard to work, no good compensation, no leaves, no good transport facility., No god food. This is a personal honest review after 2ys of struggle at this place and still goes on because I am in lack of a good opportunity. If you are willing to see how terrible a company can be and how tuff the corporate culture is, then this place will actually teach you a lot and you could realize a lot about your career....Read More

I’ve learnt many things from the start of my career with knoah, the way of interacting with cx’s or with fellow agents and management, everything I got to know from knoah.

Dislikes

Management is not interactive with agents. For any process to run successfully the management need to have a great interaction with agents. I didn’t see this in the new processed I stepped into in Knoah.

Learning opportunities are obvious if you are at the very beginning of your career, over years you will gets stagnated at some point of time, it's only good for freshers. I have Almost worked for 6 years.
