THEY FORCE NEW HIRES TO WRITE GOOD REVIEWS ON AMBITION BOX BEFORE HANDING OVER OFFER LETTER. Dislikes: No job security, they approve your medical leave and one you go back to the office you are no more part of this shift company. Likes: Only one thing, Salary is pretty decent as compared to other organisation. Dislikes: Bags are not allowed, washroom stinks, food is not good, Environment is terrible. Crowd drinks alcohol and consume illegal stuff in campus. Management is irresponsible. If there is any deduction in your salary for some reason. Forget it...
Likes: I have seen worst company in Gurugram. They didn't give anyone relieving letter and experience. At time of exit they will terminate employee showing any false activity. Also harrassed employee working with them.
I would not recommend anyone to work with this company.
