Nothing is good. There is no cabs, long shift timing, hire and fire rule, you have to buy out even if you have completed your notice period, worst management.

Nothing is good. There is no cabs, long shift timing, hire and fire rule, you have to buy out even if you have completed your notice period, worst management, can't go out for fresh air, 99% of the companies don't hire if you are from Ienergizer. It's a BLACKLISTED COMPANY.

As it's a blacklisted company it's very hard to get placed in any other MNC with Ienergizer's experience letter.
Literally, it's worthless working there .

I worked there for nearly 5 months and relieved on Jan 12 2024 and was short of just a half a day notice period due to medical emergency and also submitted documents, till May 2024 I did not get my final settlement Money nearly 13k which I worked hard including overtime. Here Management at its worst. They will ask you to do overtimeeven in your weekends. Since it is a BPO, I did not get leave even on Diwali which I requested for Long back itself and next day to Diwali when I was on leave, they called me to do Overtime for Process requirement. Even though I had plans I had to cancel it and come to office. Think twice before you join here....Read More
