apart from salary hike, this company does not provide a cup to drink water and I seriously mean it. I have just passed 2 weeks in this company and I feel like I am working in some local domestic company, The time you entered into this company you will feel like company only focus on cost cutting, smelly washroom with no basic hygiene no toilet roll, no fragnance spray, there is tea/coffee machine but no cups, you have to bring your own from home same goes for drinking water, you have to pay for the meal and even after paying you get cold rice and chapati, there is no professionalism in the management, Manager shout their associates in very rudely manner and even gave threat of firing employees, and management team is worst in this company here is one example my shift over at 3:30 Am and according to company policy all cab should be start moving at 4:00 AM but guess what we did not get the cab details even after 4:10 Am which should be given prior 2 hours before from logout shift timing as per their transport policy, which cause huge delay while leaving from the company. Think I can reach my home under 30 minutes but the cab itself take approximate 1 hour to leave the company location and if you guys are thinking that above all experience is limited to my process then you are in a big blunder my friend. I have a lot to written but this place is not enough to write. So Join this company at your own risk....Read More

I work as a travel advisor. And this is really a smooth process. What I like most about wns is supervisor and manager's behaviour. Managers and supervisors are really nice to everyone that's the only thing one can appreciate about WNS.

Dislikes

There is no both side cab available. Just one side cab facility which you will get in return. But even if you have cab facility you have to wait for it for one hour after shift end, you ll b standing with other employees in waiting list. No job security at all, process may ramped down and time and despite that you won't get bench period. Canteen workers are rude that even they can't give u juts a spoon if u ll ask for. This company is overall just a show off. And most imp thing, there is no wfh not even you are on bed that means u have to come and if you take a leave that ll be considered an unplanned leave in whatever case. Second imp thing: you ll work on 50s generation fixed system like cpu monitor where somewhere mouse is not working somewhere keyboard is not working but you have to work. There is no laptop facility. If you loose any ur belongings here even if on ur own desk no action ll be taken towards it. You won't be paid exact amount what you have got in offer letter. I like nothing about this company I was given an offer letter called for an onboarding documentation , then later on i was rejected as my assessment was not acceptable..Really broo

The interview process, the training team, and their management is so inferior. How would you feel if you got rejected after all you interview rounds are cleared, and you’re given an offer letter too, starting your onboarding process and documentation, later on you will be informed like you can’t join😶 This ain’t a comedy show, seriously everything was done good and fine and i was about to complete my onboarding documentary then they said you can leave for the day. People at Management/Leadership role are not good..They will try to dominate you at each step and in all discussions. They will never listen to you. Whenever we had a connection/conversation with our leadership we have been asked forcefully to turn on their cameras on MS Teams. "On the positive side, there's a strong emphasis on staying away from office politics, which creates a more pleasant work environment. The team is generally great to work with, and collaboration is usually smooth. Of course, like any workplace, there are small issues here and there, but nothing that’s out of the ordinary."
