One of the worst companies a person can work in. Worst seniors, worst managers, they can literally go to such low levels for the sake of money. They don't even give you comp offs after making you work on those days. The company is filled with cheap blood sucking parasites. The managers are very cheap here. The company is filled with Tamilians who have somehow passed their graduation.

Plz do not join this company, very pathetic management, starting from HR team to every other department they are not supportive at all, During the salary discussion the HR will downgrade your salary and if you protest they taunt you. If you join certain team, the VP are really horrible, you need to work 9 hours plus additional 6 hours because VP asked the Team to work, There are hardly few projects which has managers who support you and help you, most of the other departments are all the same, internal politics, no work life balance, no hike, no appraisal, review discussion are a joke here....Read More

There is lot to tell , particularly on the role of Program Analyst IT ,the AM is good ,but the seniors and AM won’t support you if there is any escalation from onshore,the AM or Senior they won’t listen your side of story. The blame to us ,even there is no fault,they just scared to face the truth . And it effects in our ratings andincentives, Forget about incentives for a while(as if they provide more salary) , the main thing they won’t trust the analyst (employee) ,and they ask for proof.
