Work life balance is good. Roles are clearly defined

Dislikes

Not much scope to move out of your current role. Not to mention the 3 month bond. Onsite opportunities are there but the pay makes it a lacking experiance

People's re satisfied working for WNS, this comes as a hindrance in growing professionally, people are very nice and helpful, but to keep up with the emerging trends, a lot of work needs to be put in with the trainings and certifications

Dislikes

Career growth and development is a bit slowed down due to less opportunities in analytics sphere. More emphasis should be put into the interns to help them grow in the analytics market. Job security doesn't pose an issue, but growth opportunities should be focussed more than just designations.
