Unique ambience: The company has invested a chunk of money to create unnecessary decor to match the name of their Delivery Center. For example, mysterious decor to suit their Gurgaon Mystiqua office.

Hotchpotch Training room: For the first tome in my life I have experienced weird training process. They have selected a transgender trainer whose neither English nor Hindi can be understandable due to her (or his - I am confused) weird accent. The following people presence were unnecessary and couldn’t be justified: 1. Assistant trainer Tanu Sharma 2. Training Manager: Anis 3. Team Leader: Alex Arun AJ 4. Selfish company ever, the worst thing is this if you want any type of loan for your self from the bank. This company is not listed in those bank. Working with task us was good but u dont have job security they have projects on contractual basis and if you're salary band is higher they will not move u to any process ask to leave and even don't pay your sevrabce money on time

In the starting phase of company, everything was smooth and perfect but after sometime everything started getting worst.

Dislikes

From January 2024 to June 2024, Taskus has terminated 200+ employees on a immediate basis. I don't like the work culture of Taskus, no transprency, management has no etiquette, discipline and you didn't get any support from the management.

The HRBP team is very unprofessional and they are doing illegal practices such as benching without paying employees. The current team is from a domestic bpo and there practices are also like that. It’s not a people friendly company taskus is a hire and fire company.

The only thing I like is salary on time as other companies

Dislikes

1. Abusive culture 2. Salary deductions, you have to punch breaks on time whatever client have told u, if u miss then there is a salary deduction 3. Unstable process 4. Security guards in this office works like constable in Police station, they will keep on checking the floor and they dont get any time bombs or weapons fróm the floor 5. No changes in shifts, if you are favourite team then only u will get good shifts, otherwise get ready for night shifta for 6-10 months continuously, 6. They promote people with no comm skills, and zero professionalism, so new TL will feel like nawab and only target girls to feel like a king, 7. Even a right HR cannot survive, or Any new Operations Manager 8. If u want to achieve target then u have to lie with your customers because this is what u r being taught indirectly as the process is almost favoring scam activities 9.
