There is nothing to like about them and even didn't paid the FNF properly, company trying to be rich with my some amount of salary (FNF). Never work in this company

Managers are thrown into leadership roles without proper training. Extremely rude and misbehaving is what they do. Harassment is what they enjoying doing to there subordinates

I am happy to work with this company. Good environment , good people, meal is good, cab facility, security, work culture, support system.

Dislikes

This company's management is unorganised. Target are unrealistic/unachievable. OT is just an illusion. You have to do extra even on weekends as well if you want to achieve the target otherwise its totally upto you. I am not saying all process are unmanageable. Some process are good as well. Where you feel like you upgrade yourself and you feel confident if you achieve the target. Rest of the things totally upto you and your destiny. AR follow up is good but not for commercial process. Balanced work and personal life, Management is too supportive and understand the limitations and challenges of every employee and work towards the improvement areas

Dislikes

It's not dislikes, however, each one of us wanted to do a lot for the team members and planned a lot of engagements but due to Hybrid and WFH sometimes each individual isn't available to be a part of it (F2F/Onsite). Also, at Organization level it needs to review each ones Compensation to make it balanced for all, especially for tenured team members (Salary Revision at Market based).

Their Salary is also very low as compared to EXL, TP, and Genpact.You will join other companies as this is the worst to join the Company. Everything , R1 is now on sinking boat all the senior positions are filled with referrals and favouritism, so anarchy in decisions, policies are being imposed , now work life balance long stretched hrs unrealistic goals setting by senior leaders , PIP warning is very often you will hear from day start, no mental peace. Target base company so don't think about the work life balance.

There is nothing to like about this organization... Just think twice or thrice before joining this organization

the complete is full of management and HR politics. An employee cant escalate their issue to any other level as they seek of no help and they just give the mental pressure and torture their employees. They only care about their clients and business ... Apart from this nothing . no activities, no freedom.

Too much politics nto promotion and hirings . People who have absconded without serving notice period are hired but with proper relieving are not provided any reason from HR and operations
