Likes: The aesthetics of the company was good. The food was of top quality. Basic hygiene such as washrooms etc were properly maintained. Company has a good relationship with its client whether it's domestic or international clients.
Dislikes: The biggest weakness of TCS is the very elitist mindset with which it chooses to mistreat its employees with. There are several factors and incidents which influenced and led me to abscond this so called 'Prestigious' company within a month of joining. Let's discuss the factors with point by point.

Dislikes: Mandatory working from office for 5 days 9 hrs every day and no transportation facility as well. They won't provide food for employees. Very less salary and no hikes at all in tcs even though if we stay years together. Bench policy for 35 days is like hectic and termination of employees wantedly.

Dislikes: Now lots of work pressure in TCS. They don't offer good appraisal. It is very difficult to take leaves as now days. Evwn on your leave also you get lots of call from management.
Likes: I joined TCS as fresher and it is very nice experience. About the salary it is depend upon the your project. I get 13.5k per month but for other project it is increased by 4k and onwards due to NSA and OT payment. Transport facility is available. I will say don't join TCS as a fresher if you are experienced then blindly gp for it.
Dislikes: TCS pays very less amount to the freshers. Some projects does not have night shift so freshers can't get more.
