There is nothing to be liked in LTIMindtree, It is a toxic place to work in. We are getting regular emails from HR stating that it is mandatory to fill this survey due to which I am filling this form. Folks if you want to spoil your life you can definitely join here

1. Promotion: The promotions are not provided even after 3 years for a fresher who has performed and got good ratings in appraisal cycle. 2. Hikes: I have constantly received hike percentage below 3% even after getting excellent ratings in appraisal cycle. The promotion and appraisal cycle are not fixed the company changes it based on their mood honestly speaking facts hike happens once in 1.5-2years in LTIMindtree. If your hike is delayed then the company will inform you later but first it will inform the new channels. 3. HR System Failure: HR's do not entertain any questions regarding hike. Either they will ghost you or say that you have got 3% and other companies have not even hike to their employees. 3. Work Force Management Team Failure: I had recently got onto bench everyday I tried reaching out to WFM team via email and teams chat but they are least concerned to get you allocated to a project. It shows that LTIMindtree is following silent firing technique. 4. Project Management: I have been working in a long term project where the project manager had accepted for unrealistic deadlines and used to make us work on Saturday and Sundays. Weekend work salary was not paid, the manager shamelessly calls us on weekends and asks us to work to provide us 3% hike in the end. 5. Leadership Miss Management: The CHRO in the Q2 results meeting when asked about when we will receive our hikes as it was already delayed makes fun of hikes and compares it to AI, this is so pathetic. The entire management is working hard to destroy a employee's growth At the end I only want to say that few months back we heard about the tragic death of an employee in one of the Big 4 companies. The stress that is offered by LTIMindtree is much greater than the one's in other companies. LT in LTIMindtree stands for Labor and Torture which is their main motto. LTIMindtree's tag line is welcome to the possible, unfortunately but in this organization growth, hike and mental health is impossible. For those who are planning to join here please do not join if you want your health to be spoiled and your growth to be stopped you can join this company. I wish there was negative rating as giving 1 star to this company is not right. There are lots of opportunities for employees to switch between different job areas/roles. I think it's a very good place for those who is having aspiration to learn different technologies and for those who wants to pursue different work areas of IT industry.

1. Since last year there has been a process introduced related to the digital profile which is called job skill cluster. As per this process, certain level of employees needs to complete few predefined certifications. Unable to complete this certification on time may have certain impact on their year-end appraisal. Now, there is no proper infrastructure to support this initiative. Most of the employees are facing multiple issues with their assigned tasks under JSC portal. Even though there are working session to get those issues resolved, employees are requested to connect offline with various teams to get their issues resolved. Most of the employees need to chase their managers to get their skills/skillset ratings approved. Then there will be always certain issue with the profile due to which they need to continuously chase some support team to get their issues resolved. Also, some of the employees need to appear for the technical evaluation by SMEs even after joining the organization by clearing multiple rounds of technical assessment. Directly or indirectly, it's going to have impact on their year-end variable pay. This is causing lots of frustration among certain group of employees. 2. Employees are bound to help resource management team with the technical evaluation, but when it comes to the interview panel reward then employees need to do multiple follow ups by raising various support team. 3. support team response is very poor, whether it's HR service request or general service request. Most of the times the ticket status is set to on hold to buy some time or else it's used as a trick if there is proper solution to the problem/concern raised by the employee. 4. Sometimes employees are involved in RFP where they are requested to contribute towards those functional/pre-sales related areas where they don't even have any expertise. Also, i think it's better to create a pool of resources who can contribute towards these RFP related tasks rather than pulling a resource who is already pre-occupied with his/her project work. I personally feel that our organization needs to address these above mentioned issues to make that they can retain skilled and experienced resources who can verry well contribute towards the growth of the organization....Read More

Dislikes

Forget about work life balance, the volume of work assigned is huge and expected to report 14 hours in a day. They will accept for lower turnover with clients and expected to deliver within that time frame. If the project closed, your bench starts from day 1, no safety to jobs.

I would like to share my feedback regarding the most disappointing experience I had during my time at LTIMindtree. It relates to the annual appraisal process handled by my previous manager, Mr. Mohan Arunagiri. Despite putting in consistent effort, managing multiple responsibilities across Service Desk, IDAM/IAM, EUB, and SAM, and receiving positive feedback from peers, clients, and stakeholders, I was given an unexpectedly low rating. The feedback comments provided were vague, lacked evidence, and failed to reflect the actual contributions I made throughout the appraisal period. What made this situation worse was the lack of transparency and opportunity for discussion. My repeated attempts to understand the rationale behind the rating and to present my side were either dismissed or not addressed adequately. This experience left me feeling demotivated, undervalued, and unheard—especially when I had tangible results, project outcomes, and CSAT scores to demonstrate my performance. I strongly believe that such practices not only affect individual morale but also go against the core values of fairness and integrity that LTIMindtree stands for. I hope the leadership takes note of this pattern to ensure that appraisal processes in the future are more transparent, evidence-based, and allow a fair channel for employees to represent themselves.
