NEPOTISM with company core principles violation No compliance, and no code of conduct mostly almost all teams have siblings or friends doesn't care about others progress or efforts so obviously perks are to their own family members or friends. Sad part here is senior management is well aware of all this !

Great supervisor and managers and they really are helpful and help you grow personally and professionally. You are given responsibilities and also back you whenever needed and are flexible according to your needs which motivates us and help us realise our full potential.

Dislikes

Better extra circular activities and gifts for the associates during any anniversary or festive times. Tend to be little miser here and also average salary hikes.

Company Culture and Policies are supportive to Employees. Lots of opportunities are available for Skill Development/Learning and to work on projects with latest technologies. Job Security is also one of the big plus.

Dislikes

Consistency in Promotion and Appraisal can definitely be improved. Work Life Balance obliviously depends on allocated project like every other IT company.

The higher management is easily approachable. There is a hybrid work culture which is very helpful for working women.

Dislikes

There is mandatory 3 days sick leave policy which require practitioner level document for approval. A person can get normal cold and cough for 1-2 days and gets recovered with normal medicines as well.

There is nothing like working in LTIMindtree, Its all about the client that you are working for. If the client is good, You will like the work and enjoy what you are doing.

Dislikes

There is more of politics in the promotions and managers doesn't want you to switch the teams or projects as they want to search for replacements. Though it's is in the policy that you should not stop anyone from switching. There is no escalation matrix if you fall in such trap
