Their salary conditions are worst. Every month salary comes low and will be adjusted as arrears the nxt month. HR named Selvakumar Sakthivel. I dont know how he became an HR. He threatens victims of POSH cases. HR like him should be jailed for such criminal mindsets.

There's is nothing good about HEXAWARE, they're not even have coffee machine in there office.

Work culture is so toxic, if there's some one dies in your home then manager ask for the picture. Here employee feel frustrated. They force employee to work for 12+

Everytime when ticket is raised then only the the resolution come that time also there is no acknowledgement or response back to the owner. Not paid for overtime and no shift allowances. Designation is for show case only... you have to do Testing / Development, Manager will not help you to Grow in right track for his job security he will make you as a scapegoat and also few hidden office politics...

There are lot of dislikes about the company, too many politics, if employee taking extra effort for his career and company benifits, but in return they always wanted to put more extra more efforts without any monitory benifits. Management people always looking for employee mistake even if it is small as well, so they can cut off employee VPA points. If there is any leave but they never allows to take leave....Read More
