Likes: There are a very very few managers who really cares about people and skills. But they are helpless in some situations. Work life balance is good here. Salary, hike and promotions are really bad. 
Dislikes: Toxic work culture, micromanagement, manipulative. There are many many old managers are here who literally sucks. For the same of securing their jobs, they screw other's life and cause so much stress.

Dislikes: Salary hikes are too low. Appraisals are tied to completing lengthy and boring courses on Udemy (no matter how hard you work and impress the client). It feels like you've gone back to college. Every year, CEO flies down from US to check whether his Indian servants are doing OK. He takes some "feedback" but never implements them.
