Very hectic work place , they also push to work , they don’t give any expections, all the heads only are there to pressure the employees at workplace , no free time in the shift of 10 hrs they only provide half hour break, which we cannot take by our choice , pathetic , no increment

Everything is wrong with this workplace. The culture, environment and the team leaders along with higher authorities are the most toxic people on earth. HR people are just puppet. Expect nothing from them.

Nothing to like. It was only salary but now it is also not good. Management does anything they want.... Do not think about employees and their work. Just to justify their work they cut salary of employees unnecessarily and deliberately, so they can show the minimum expenditure. Supportive colleagues, Team leader, Managers. Overtime benefits and good pay. Two way cabs and bus facility. Training + mock calls + team dinner.

Dislikes

Office politics and partiality by few seniors. Paid leaves not granted sometimes and salary deduction for the same if not reporting to office after informing won't be able to report as put of town or exam work to be done.

HR should be changed and company should have to give security for their employees regarding Job.... company release their employees without any warning... that's so annoying, and even pressurise employees for their jobs. Many more to say but for now, so much pathetic experience with this company, specially with HR Amey

Poor work culture, there is no sense of work life balance. Roaster is shared on saturday. You dont even know what week off you will be getting in next week. Rotational shift is just for the name. Once you get little bit experience, you will be shifted to night shift and then there will be no limit of when your shift will be changing. Management always say that we are working on it but there is no difference. If you are sick then you are not allowed to take leave. If you take one day leave then you management will make you fee that because of you the scores are going down and we have lost a huge amount of business. Which is not true, if a company with that big number of employees then this excuse makes no sense. It will automatically get you into depression with time....Read More

I like the team leaders and the way they support and understand the situation. They provide us preferences but it doesn't accumulate usually.

Dislikes

Management not responsible, they do not communicate with the employees and take very reckless decisions, no proper management in function. The canteen is the worst, no value for the employee health and they do not care about anything rather than their revenue generation.

The management is the worst, they play with your employment, do not join this place i haven't seen someone working here for more than an year, the work culture is not good, HR doesn't support people, while recruiting the promises made are all vague. Salary is also not constant here.
