Its a shit company. You don't have your leaves. If you are sick, u still have to do the work. Managers and TL are all super bad. Managers don't work in this company and tl also don't work. On company's call they will talk to there family and they tell us to work in a silent atmosphere. Overall its super bad company. I was having some issues with the bank account. So, i have to reach out to my HR but my tl and manager said we don't have an hr department and they don't work for employees lower then TL and Manager. But i got a contact of an HR manager Arpit Mishra from a certain someone to talk about my bak issue and he told me to talk to my manager and tl. So, no responsibility from hr department. So, FIS is a bad company and I'll recommend everyone don't work in FIS. One of the baddest company in the entire world........Read More

Other departments except the Global Support Desk department are very good to work with. Perks, facilities, salaries, culture, learnings, future scope are really great for all other departments; but not in Global Support Desk. Do join other departments in FIS.

I won't ever recommend working in Global Support Desk Department in FIS, reasons being- Really hectic and toxic culture to work with, rotational shift (24*7), micro-management by seniors and managers, very very strict work hours and breaks (even a min is not adjusted), recruitment pn contractual basis by external HR consulting agencies who take away half of employee's salary, hard to become permanent on FIS payroll from contract basis, and most importantly no scope for this kind of support in future or in other MNCs, etc. There are multiple reasons, not to join FIS's Global Support Desk department....Read More

It's culture, work environment and flexible timings. All he policies are followed religiously.

Everything was great till now. But recently company decided to layoff those people who did work from the foundation. Build teams and run the processs. They were very loyal but were shown out door. This was disgusting.

I like the culture and people.Its great for people in their mid of career.for freshers it's tough to be recognized since most of Management are Seniors.Challenging projects go to them mostly. but still I was able to grab some excellent features and learnt a lot from it which shared my career.Salary and benefits are good.
