Management (every management is in chennai now) - They are not promoting anyone in noida or gurugram, complete politics. Work life balance is worst US people are far away better than chennai people.

There are frequent events to meet peers and express our curriculum and Non-curriculum skills and too many forums find like minded people.

Work life balance is not respected. I lost the respect for the work I do, due to repetition and not challenging enough. Managers and directors are powerless to speak and act as company bouncers. Lay off parameters are total nonsense, results in zero job security. Everthou there are too many forums to peer engagement, there is not enough knowledge and interest at directors level to value that contribution....Read More

There is sapience tool track the actual working hours and management ask for complete 8 hours in sapience. To complete 8 hrs in sapience needs to work at least 11-12 hrs. No technical growth. Most scaring is layoffs. They did 2 time layoff in one year. Don't join this company.

My project is good so the work is a bit satisfying but most projects are not very good .

Excessive workload with high expectations from employees, but inadequate training is provided. The working hours are rigid, and the leave policy is very strict, with no option to work from home even for a day. Employees are often expected to work for a few hours from home while on leave and be available on weekends. I like the people I used to work with in this company. Very few are left now with constant layoffs every quarter.

This was my Dream company when I joined. But after the merger it has become FirstData internally only the name of Fiserv has remains. They FD mgmt stratergically removed all the Fiserv mgmt or made them to quit. All the upper mgmt now in the company is just old time colleagues of each other mostly from JPMC. So, there is hell for you if your mngr is bad. Too much micromanagement. Every day Sapience required for 8 hours. you require to be 12 hours ahead of computer to meet the same. 5 days in office, they monitor badge-in and badge-out required to have 9 hours. All the talented people already left or layoff. No help available. If you are not one of the boot-licker forget about promotions. No on-site opportunities, as company don't want to sponsor visa's anymore....Read More

Employed staff of Original Fiserv until 2019 with ethics and culture.

Visionless and Dummy Top management. Micro Management organisation. To increase profit they cut the staff. No job security. Sapience and other tools installed on each workstation/Laptop to track people productivity. 8 hours manadate on Sapience which means 11-12 hours on laptop executing job.

Micro management -(firstIn LastOut) Sapience tool where we need to log 8 hrs but for that we need to move the mouse 11 hrs. 8 hrs in office must , no WFH option sudden layoff even if you gave 100% to work (That's what i did : ) No benefits except health insurance

Fiserv used to be a good org but after it's merger with Firstdata it became pathetic day by day.

It's present status can be called **Tihar Jail** They want you to be at ofc for 9 hours Sapience hours should be 8 hrs mind it which requires you to be infront of system for a min of 10 -11 hrs Zero job security they just read a script and lay off people Forget about appraisals arnd pay increament A d micromanagement is the essence of this org.
