very little opportunity to create impact at scale as this company is a behemoth- policy, culture, systems- everything contributes to the general lethargy; products dont have great India market fit as Indian market has changed rapidly before Mastercard caught up (possibly cannot catch up)- this demotivates team a lot

Worst company ever that I worked for.

People from different organisations coming in, and destroying the company culture, with no benefits whatsoever to anyone at any level. 2 People from Amazon - Suresh & Sukhchain, partnered with Manjul to destroy CERA for their personal professional benefits. They want Yes Men to work along with them. I being a righteous professional,despite being in a delicate situation of being in Paternity Leave, had no other option than to leave. Mastercard if it has to stay in the hearts of people and the wallets of its users, they need to terminate these 3 people to start with....Read More

Worst work life balance Politics takes over everything else. Redundant managers exist only for sake of doing favour games. Low hikes. Worst culture, No of recognition for efforts at work.

Politically driven BFC in Gurgaon where couple of directors are driving a culture of favouritism and who would like to throw team members under the bus rather than owing to their own mistakes.

Work life balance is maintated. Work culture is good if you have good team. Luckily I do. Lots of leaves are available

Promotions are given after certain round pf interviews taken by random people. Appraisals were not up to the mark last year. And average appraisal, year before that.
