Likes: Bank is good, but current working culture is not good, bank should valuate the performance while considering the working situation too. Dislikes: It's culture is now because stressed, there is no define target, senior management want allowed space to work on kra, BSC score .
Uper management only seek their kra, their performance.
Infact in March entire month their focus to drive Life insurance rather then drive a CASA and deposits. Branch are not giving any space to improve... Read More

Likes: According to me this bank is a good bank, it is among the top ten banks in India, we got to learn a lot while giving our service in it.
Dislikes: According to me everything is good but one thing I did not like was that my role was of BRO but when I joined here I was made to sit on the teller and no one was listened to here not any action was taken.
Likes: Axis bank is good for implementing new technologies and software. Dislikes: Axis bank was one of the best bank since I joined but this year axis move 360 digree and they started firing the people even they had given 25 years to the Bank. They need new blood but not taking care of their old asset.
Likes: Products are good, Some Senior Authorities are supportive, Regular Contests, Dislikes: Poor Customer Service, Higher Charges, Slower processes, Casual Attitude with Less Some Flexibility by some Approving Authorities, Old and Traditional policies and processes, Rare and Lesser Promotions, Very Conservative and Annual Aappraisals, Lesser Job Security since January 2025, as per new HR policy, Attrition also increasing.

Likes: Nothing. All the ‘dil se open’ policy is just fake. The don’t train front end employees and directly ask them to communicate with customers for different products. Ask the employees to fool the customer for opening account, once the account is opened no service is provided further. Dislikes: No training given to employees. Morale of the employee is always down. Even if the employee achieves something, all the credit is taken by senior. To get a promotion, employee has to work 1000x the actual work assigned.
