The biggest fact is the salary for Relationship Officer. Why do we work hard for the bank but a laborer who works as a daily wage laborer does not even get a salary? This is a matter to think about a lot because in today's time, Rs 400 per day does not run anyone's house but it has to be done.

Axis Bank Ltd is very butiful work in my experience they are all the work are timely close and salary base are timely credited. The axis bank account, loan and all activities are more useful they are awesome from experience in my life

Axis is the best bank if a guy want to take long relationship,i already complete my yes but salary hike as a old employee is very slow,but Axis is the best..

Only one disliking,As a old employee with good performing hike is very slow,dont need to put new employee with higher hike,take look at from ur old guys who those after 4/5 yr crossing working with axis bank,so hike them also,new employee are or who those change so many banks are not a bad but yes old is always gold

The manager I worked under Took half of my incentives every month my salary was only 11k that time and his salary was 70k then also he takes incentive from his every team members and pressurring unnecessarily Didn't go on leads with us. Senior also ignore all this things
