Hi This is Gyaneshwar Coming to my job profile I am a relationship executive officer in Axis Bank in edc department edc means electronic data capture it is a acceptance of all cards retail outlet outlet accepting the debit cards credit cards coming to my opinion that I work for Axis bank for 8 months has a field executive as relationship officer I love the job why because I interact everyday to every new person or new merchant I talk to the merchant every day I feel better to talk with them that I can meet everyday for new merchant is good talking conversation between me and the merchant it is make me happy to talk with him what are the issues are there merchant of me and I will solve with and I do business also Life insurance shop insurance and insurance probably customer nose there are many insurance companies but we will provide everything the axis company things that customer need not go to anywhere with their bank assistant products like insurance home loans business loans etc. By meeting a merchant we provide good offer to the merchant if he is eligible I love this service which the bank is providing I am happy with this organisation thank you

There is no team co-ordination There is a no good salary There are no petrol allowance

Good work environment Nd culture.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

The biggest fact is the salary for Relationship Officer. Why do we work hard for the bank but a laborer who works as a daily wage laborer does not even get a salary? This is a matter to think about a lot because in today's time, Rs 400 per day does not run anyone's house but it has to be done.

Axis Bank Ltd is very butiful work in my experience they are all the work are timely close and salary base are timely credited. The axis bank account, loan and all activities are more useful they are awesome from experience in my life

Axis is the best bank if a guy want to take long relationship,i already complete my yes but salary hike as a old employee is very slow,but Axis is the best..

Only one disliking,As a old employee with good performing hike is very slow,dont need to put new employee with higher hike,take look at from ur old guys who those after 4/5 yr crossing working with axis bank,so hike them also,new employee are or who those change so many banks are not a bad but yes old is always gold
