Likes: Work life balance was good earlier & most of the teams are not having hectic work load.
30 days annual leave & 12 days sick leaves which can be carry forwarded for 5 years.
Working hours are flexible.
Dislikes: 1. Working from office has become mandatory & they track the same like service company.
2. It's mostly a vedors team (infy, ycs) in NatWest for all projects and many permanent employees are forced to report to vendor managers. This has created negative work environment for permanent employees & heaven for vendors!

Dislikes: We've leaves but only 1 to 2 person can take leave on the same day including sick leave which I don't find a good thing. They need prove for only one day sick leave if someone is feeling weak how it's possible to give prove of that only for one day.
