They have little work life balance becoz bank don’t have any long term vision Everyone is busy playing politics to save Their Job Specially Delhi 3 ( Gurgaon , Bhiwadi and Faridabd ) got ruined after joining of a useless cluster head ABHISHEK SHARMA who is busy with his female Jr. staff all the time and playing politics to get old people outside of organisations so that he can hire his family and friends ABHISHEK SHARMA have Hard drink and bank building premises , threat third Party partner to give home money for his own party . He is an uneducated ill mannered , vision less staff . He over promise his staff for salary and position which is never fulfilled. ABHISHEK Sharma is worst cluster head in all Banks of INDIA . If this bank need growth in Delhi NCR they should throw out all ABHISHEK sharma first of all . BBH Deepak G don’t know anything about retail branch banking he is just useless. Senior management people do EGO fights on national teams calls Bank is slow that’s why they didn’t grow after 82 years of establishment....Read More

HR's they are always helpful, They do all the things and they will be present whenever you need.

Dislikes

Apart from HR department there is nothing to like. If you argue or you have difference with bosses they will go personally screw you obviously u can't complain because HR's also will go after him to get clarification, rather than giving clarification they will torture you untill you left the organization.
