They make you work on public holidays, festivals and Off Saturday's. HR is not very proactive and HR head is the puppet of business team. No action taken when you and multiple people raise any complaint to HR Lot of politics in the organisation

There are plenty of opportunities available with the company, due to it being a small finance bank working its way towards gaining a commerical bank licence

Dislikes

There no doslikes in particular, just expect the same behaviour as you do in corporate, you will be shown how to work for a small number of times, you will have to use the opportunity and work your way up to get promoted.

Organisation is good employee friendly but there are skip level manager who spoil play with careers of their subordinates. CH branch banking are having perception issue with team members. Skip level manager does not bother about their subordinates career growth and promotion. They never recommend for promotion neither they will encourage you to apply IJP, management should be strict and more vigilant should check what's wrong are being done by skip level managers....Read More

I don't like it's just compulsion, that's why I am doing it.

I am working in the gym sector, there is a lot of pressure here regarding the target and the work, because of this one is not able to live a mental life, the salary is very low, the managers here rise a lot of pressure, do not explain in the right way, due to which they insult themselves, whether you tell anyone or you tell the higher management, it does not make any difference.

I feel very happy I learn more about banking and I developed my skills but management side branch side over politics no support now but past my A.M somu sir give full support and ideas he analysis field activities but now no more still we know about field and support to CRO'S but I still miss this bank . Because this bank give me one royalty .

No support from supervisor's and no one analysis field. No leave in health issues time also even week end also working with out attandance.
