1) Worst HR assigned to me,she is not helpful is anyways, though expressed on mental harassment from Branch manager's end on daily basis, still HR dint do anything neither talked about it, she chose to ignore the whole things. 2) Please do a thorough check on the Manager you will work under,I got to work under a Branch Manager in Whitefield 2 called Rajesh N, the worst person in my 13 years experience to work under, he has no respect, he knows only to demotivate and mentally harassing you till you breakdown completely and if you do not cry and stay strong, he will keep torturing you with ways like excluding you from the team, not let any team member talk to you or assist you, throw you out and add you on whatsapp groups whenever he wants, ask you to come by 8 am and leave after 8.30 pm... Take 2 hours of hurdle or meeting in the morning and 2 hours in the evening and you need to stand throughout the meeting like a punishment.. He will not listen to anything you say and will not even provide the basic tea or coffee a day to any employee in the branch, so he can save that money or pocket it himself, he will not approve petrol allowance for sales team... Unnecessary mental torture and negativity. ( This is daily routine ).. please do a background check on the Manager you work under, I dint and I regret it....Read More

Joining formalities due to for Branch ops we have to do all in online formalities Training is very bad ..senior are not supported to give training Ego clash between senior staffs Manager not supporting for ops ..daily we have to close only at 9.30 PM that too system getting closed eod automatically so that only we are closing at 9.30 orelse will push at 12 midnight No respect for ops team...here we have to follow only sales team what ever they say we have to obey ..we should not follow ops checklist and process notes .... They provide laptop but without excel and outlook Then how will we share the data to audit team .. Hide and seek HR norms Two years we have to compulsory work on yes bank if not then we have to pay our bonus and need to windoff ... Notice period 90days OMG...Read More

My department- AML compliance had worst management and senior. They didn’t gave time to learn and forced us to work on weekends. Was mentally harassed on my notice period. Micro management is the worst. Also the HR was pathetic. Worst Work culture ever seen. Also my pay was deducted before i missed out to mark attendance, despite of working long hours.
