There’s nothing which I like about the Company its just slow and sluggish and doesn’t have a pity for its employees. This company doesn’t even deserve for 1 star such a worst company.

If you gave the interview and you got selected for LSO its better you don’t accept it at all. Your life will become miserable and the regret is really bad. Yes the way they tell about the work will be in such a thing that you feel you will be the boss and you have all the power. But my friend you just got fooled you are just a mere puppet. 1. They tell you to work based on the guidelines, you work on it but they will be the only one who tell you to not follow and they will held accountable to you only. Even if you stand sternly your reporting manager your branch team everyone will be against you. They will just humiliate you until you cry. 2. They say your work is only to do PD and sit in office but you will work for literally everything and you will stay until late night you dont have a work life balance. Sometimes you feel being a labour is far more better than this job. 3. You dont have a job security, you may get demoted to the different role which you can’t even think of. Yes demotion you thought of promotion heheh its a joke. Your MBA doesn’t work here you may get demoted to such a role where the 12th pass is also can get hired to. 4. If you don’t follow your reporting Manager’s orders get ready to get transferred to the unknown place suddenly without any prior information because even you feel that the case is fraud you must sanction the loan because the business team will be pressurising him to meet their targets and he will tell you to sanction the loan and show all the anger to you. 5.You believed your Reporting Manager and you sanctioned the loan that he will save you. My friend you just got fooled he wont take any liability he will just blame you for the bad loan and tell you that you’re accountable for it. 6. You’re just screwed from everywhere you will have a highest salary from all the colleagues you work in the branch but you will be the sort of joker for them because they enjoy by getting you screwed because it is satisfying their ego. 7. Forget everything they just want to bypass the RBI guidelines and build their business and make you accountable for it. They just need a mere button of sanction and you’re that prey that’s it. 8. You start your day at 7 30 am and you will not know when you will go home....Read More

If you are joining Bandhan Bank and you are MBA be ready to face complexity why? Because when I joined bandhan bank as a LSO Assistant manager grade my seniors always say's only one thing in meeting to me and my known staff that they are MBA and they have attitude of that , even we never show-off they always used to say we are 10th pass 12th pass working from 10 years we know better,at the time of joining they will you lot's of sweetness like no is better than them , what happened in my case I got placement from college this was my first job they told me that we always follow respect for all and your job timing will be 8am - 5pm you can leave workstation before 15 min, and what true is after 10 days of joining they started forcing me to come branch at 7:30 sharp I got posted 42 km away from my home I requested alot please transfer me to somewhere near because in winters it's tough to travel 42 km daily than they asked me to leave branch after EOD , means EOD gets over at 6pm 7pm no timming is fixed, so I tried my best in 4 month's but they started exploitation, my supervisor was so arrogant I can't even explain it , never understand never have a motivation nature lack of skills and he always used to dominate us with me in same division 7 guys resign guys don't get attracted by their job offers they will just trap you they just want you to work for them day and night and if you do according to them still you gonna face lots of toxic words from seniors, my junior employees use to abuse me on my face I complained it about to my seniors no action have been taken against them , they just told me you are new , fresher you have to face all those things ignore it , and if I tell you about the work their policies keep on changing day by day in 4 month's in every meeting they change their policy no professionalism you will forget whatever you learnt so waste to join...Read More

This is not a bank for professional like Icwa, CA and CS. it's only for MBA and graduate people. Pls don't join the team of Gangadhar sahu (ACM) and Anil Jindal (RCM) of east team. They don't have the knowledge and always play safe. It's seems that they all work for business team and not management. The ACM behaviour is redicilous.
