There is no professional approach among the employees. There is a great amount of internal office politics which is bad for the organization and the team. The manager also threatens all the subordinates with dire consequences (e.g.: F&F would be withheld, no performance appraisal if the manager's conditions were not met, spreading false information to the top management about a particular employee who decides to have a thought process of his own, etc). There is a lot of power struggle within the organization which also impacts the respective departments to do their work peacefully. The amount of mental pressure applied by the manager has led to a few of the subordinates to suffer mental breakdown. The scope for learning is very limited. The manager is not in good terms with any of the support teams. These people do not pay any heed to the qualms of their employees. The performance assessment is also biased and skewed, to an extent where the manager had promised their employee an increased compensation if they could provide incriminating evidence against employees who are not in their good books. The HR personnel are there for namesake only. The organization had a good objective when it started out which led to new employees believe that they have a bright future within the company. However, due to certain elements within the organization, the beliefs and the objectives of the organization have been left hanging. There is no proper work culture and the employees are made to work on holidays even if it is the mistake of the manager. The infrastructure is very poor and the ERP is outdated. The manager especially is not flexible when it comes to personal leaves and does not bother about the well being of the employees. Overall it was a very bad experience....Read More
