Nepotism is all over the place.You know someone or is related to someone you have a great life.else you are shunted to far off places Cronyism is the Mantra.The more you prostrate the higher you go. No Vision or Modern outlook(a plain old govt bank masquerading as a new gen bank) The God complex of the top Management They think thelower tier employees are sub human and treat them with utter disrespect There are even separate canteens(good quality)for top management and (bad quality) for lower rung staff in their central office at Chennai.What do you expect from people who have classist attitude towards their own coworkers? NO EMPATHY FOR YOUR PERSONAL TRAGEDIES.I know people who have had heart attacks being asked to join and threatened with disciplinary action. HR department is filled with normal jack of all trades officers sitting and acting gods..No professional MBA HR qualified people in the department. Arguably one of the worst HR policies in PSBs, Where transfer postings are thoroughly weaponised, every now and then threats for transfer to 'Deep South' is reiterated to employees. No work life balance at all.

Excellent Bank, Quarter 3 ( December 24) quarterly result is testimony of relentless hard work put in by all the iobians. All parameters are in sync with continuous and sustained growth.
