The Indian overseas bank is one of the leading PUBLIC sector Bank. Job security is excellent and carrer growth is average as reservation policy of central govt. Is strictly implemented. Dislikes

The dislikes are as I am from general category the promotional prospects were kin competition. The salary structure was better while I jioned, later in last two salary revisions psu bank employees are getting less salary than GOI employees.

Work Details

My 31yrs of service in bank passed with full satisfaction. As I was assigned security manager, I got the opportunity to visit all 131 bramches in odissa having two Regional offices and also got the opportunity to know all staff members.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
