The only thing is positive is that job security still other negative things are that much prevalent that this plus point seems nothing before that.

No work life balance,Politics, groupism, favouratism and other negative system is present every where in the org.People with good contacts influence transfer, postings, work, leaves and other benefits in their favor.Working on holidays without any benefits,putting pressure and punished to sit late night at branch if randomly allotted task is not completed comes in work culture.No scope of learning new things and creative ideas are discouraged.Income is too low as compared to work load and risk.Bank perks and allowances can be cut any time and Lease , rent fasclity is pathetic and can be denied anytime without giving any reason.Overall you won't loose job but except that everything....Read More
