When IDFC First Bank first reached out to me, I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised by how professional everything was from day one. The process moved so smoothly that I actually double-checked their credentials online - not because anything seemed off, but because I wasn't used to such an organised approach! The interview process had three rounds: a phone screening, a face-to-face interview, and a final discussion with the branch manager. What really stood out was how everyone took time to explain the Customer Relationship Executive role thoroughly. No overselling or unrealistic promises… just honest, clear communication about what the job entails. The branch manager gave me a balanced perspective on both the exciting opportunities and the challenges ahead, which I really appreciated. After getting selected, the onboarding was pretty smooth. I got my ID, welcome kit, and went through the HR stuff all in the first week. Having worked elsewhere before, I was expecting the usual delays and confusion, but they actually had everything ready to go. The work environment here is definitely goal-oriented, which I actually enjoy. It keeps things dynamic and motivating. What makes it great is that managers don't just set targets - they actively mentor you to help you reach them. The training opportunities are excellent, especially for their tech platforms, and I've developed strong skills in cross-selling, digital customer onboarding, and market segmentation that have really boosted my confidence. What I really appreciate is that their banking software doesn't crash on me every other day. When I'm processing customer applications or updating my lead pipeline, things actually work the way they're supposed to. It's such a relief, especially when you're trying to hit month-end numbers and the last thing you need is the system freezing up. The team culture here is wonderful too. We celebrate birthdays together, have monthly performance recognitions, and maintain friendly competition through leaderboards. First of all there is no proper system at all, there is no proper workflow for new branches, there is no proper guidance team for new staff, there is so much politics at branch head level and above due to which branch operation team has to suffer, they hire for operation role and make them to sales specially FS AND TELLER and they don't even gen yearly bonus operation team hai higher sales target and in return there is no bonus and for HH BO AND CA BO they give annual bonus, is this is equality. As we operation staff we have to look for every registers every service request to be done on time and upon that need to be correct and proper fill forms in one go and for leave also literally we have to beg and sales staff takes leaves easily And there are many more things to say but i will not be explained that much here.
