There is no work life balance , lack of guidance, no learning curve, you have wait post shift hours daily!!! login hrs are more than 12 hrs also your weekoff will get cancelled at any moment and they ask to manage weekoff later it means yiu are working continuously 7 days with no work off!!

I am a part of core datalake team 1. No learning curve, same monotonous irrelevant work 2. Since monotonous work at appraisals you will get nothing. Head always gets involved in everything, so nothing in hands of managers and head already has it's favourites whom he brought from its previous companies 3. They openly say fill in the hours even though you don't work 4. You will forget the tech stack you know, since you will be doing the same task again and again which is not at all industry relevant. No architecture diagrams, no planning before development, no optimisation discussions, codes already written are horrible looks like an engineering student who knows oops can write much better code,you will be just wasting your time here 5.Things keep getting dragged, and always quick fix approach rather than a solution 6.No perks, neither on any occasions 7. I’ve been with IDFC First Bank for over a year now, and the learning curve has been great. The leadership here really encourages growth and pushes you to take on new challenges. The work can be demanding, but I love that I’m constantly learning something new. Plus, my team has been incredibly supportive, which makes even the tough days easier to handle.

No proper system in place. I was hired as a Manager and made to report to Assistant Manager. Never have I seen any thing like this. Favourism in appraisals. Was hired as Virtual RM on salary slip and without consent or discussion was changed to Customer service executive.

There was nothing to like about IDFC Bank, TL, Hr, Managers were fraud and lier. Partial between existing employees.TL were giving personal attention to their existing employees.

Dislikes

Work culture, hectic environment, partial people, helpless hr team, Mentors, appraisal was not their for specific employees. They never allow to take a leave on sick or severe aches. Hard-core calling more than 200 didn't allow to take a break in middle of time,. There was a fix short break n lunch time in between we can't go to drink water or toilet. TL never allow you to go.
