Its a growing bank and will take some little years to achieve its goal, so there are some negligible pressure come towards the fresher candidates, but experienced can easily hamper it.

Good work culture more like international banks, salary and employe benefits are best in the industry. Job security is the best part of the bank. They treated every employees as their family even in lockdown period!

Middle level management is the problem they put unnecessary pressure. Otherwise it's good work place to learn and work!

Bank is amazing ,,i am working in this organisation since last 2 and half year.company is providing a better salary benefits to each employee even incentives are better than other banking firms so far,company regularly planned to grooming their employees through monthly learning tests and traning also which is conducted by a seprate department.organigation is customer oriented its fulfill the demands of the market which is reduce the overpressure from the employee and make sure to providing a better services and growth.atmosphere and culture is also good
