Promotion very less and very dificult to move different team ,we have to though through Ijp to next project and no onsite opportunities because of product of base company

Everything. Hr is not supportive manager is also biased no work life balance. Processes are not streamlined its like working in a fish market. Better not to join this kind of organization. There is no way you can escalate about the manager and they take advantage of their position and exploit people below them.

No work life Balance straight 15hrs work without proper break. If you fall sick they still want you to work or give medical reports.

I never felt secure at work and there is no work life balance. Management is very poor in understanding how to run a team, there are many instances which I could point out - First starting from welcoming us into RBS was so lethargic and training plan is so inadequate for us to perform our Job even after raising the issue. Managementdid try to bridge the gap but still it didn't help us in long run. Company policies are good but Indian management do not follow them completely they use when it benefits them. I loved the job it was very interesting and motivating but I couldn't survive because of management flaws. If the issues are sorted out then I would be happy to work in the same profile.
