1. Cab facility only one side 2. Great working life balance for almost entire Natwest departments. 3. Work environment and primises are also at very great condition. 4. Salary will always credit at time or before it.

Dislikes

1. I have worked in many departments all are so good but the Portfolio department of the company that have just Indian managers and laeders have extreme work pressure, great retention rate, micromanagement, office politics and the overall work environment is very toxic. 2. Just look for which department you're going to work for. Otherwise, the company is literally awesome.

We've leaves but only 1 to 2 person can take leave on the same day including sick leave which I don't find a good thing. They need prove for only one day sick leave if someone is feeling weak how it's possible to give prove of that only for one day.

I Don't think so any dislike in RBS but need to improvement like more opportunities for those people who are already working with RBS from long time . Like preference for those people who is acutely deserve the next level. Please providing the support those people as well.
