... culture at NatWest Group is so toxic that the employee tends to get frustrated. Salary is peanuts compared to other good companies. Senior management and HR are like statues in whom company is wasting money as they have no power/role. Pathetic company with no regards to employees. Biggest mistake to consider NatWest

Since it's been 5 years working with RBS,it feels like second home to me. Ample opportunities to learn and grow if you are concerned about your growth. Work life balance is amazing.. facilities like work from home and fkexi timmings are there. Seniors and management are supportive and understanding. Job security is there unless you do something that is not acceptable within the policy.

...s to promotion and ratings, you will find yourself as a victim of favouritism. Pay is very poor, no good increment. I feel this company is only for freshers to join and leave in 2 to 3 years. Or ok for joining at higher level.

Compensation benefits are nill. Irrelevant policies exist in the bank hindering the increment aspect associated with promotion like no increment if you get promoted in the 1st quarter.
