RBS is very good company specially for girls and house wife , rbs is providing Very good environment and facilities. So that women can achieve their career in banking sector.

I Don't think so any dislike in RBS but need to improvement like more opportunities for those people who are already working with RBS from long time . Like preference for those people who is acutely deserve the next level. Please providing the support those people as well.

There's a lot of flexibly in many things like shift timings, leaves, though it depends a lot on your line manager.

In the policies they have put everything upon the line manager. In almost every clause you will find the word 'line manager'.

Good and healthy competition with in team, good carrier start, job security is also good, excellent WLB, about politics is now everywhere. Please be aware from few people on 2 nd floor at shastri park building, As they had form some community and they are the one who makes the companies environment polluted because of politics. Eventhey pretend to be very nice on your face but they do every possible think and even spread wrong information about you with every other manager. Overall environment is excellent, people are friendly and helpful, nice cafeteria, Good opportunities for carrier growth, good security management, car/bike parking facility is excellent, good gym and most important sick bay for girls and boys with doctor
