Nothing much experienced. Team at lower levels are good, but they have no guidance for proper grooming

Dislikes

No process and culture is not encouraging, people just obey seniors without using their skills or knowledge, and lot of decisions are being taken in packets of groups rather based on the facts reviewed.

Would have increased the manpower and branches in south India in Rural markets to grab opportunities,

At ICICI bank on ground floor 1st floor on axis bank , two bank are private bank but when icici bank closing time 6.30 but same place location axis bank close 8.30 , and meeting timing in morning morning 1 hr and evening 1 hr total 2 hr standing position every day that nt a good quality of leadership.

Good working experience and learning knowledge expect branch closing

Dislikes

Opening branch and closing branch by myself for past 3years, it is worst thing morning 8.40AM to night 8.15PM and In our branch 3 set of shutter key available but only myself only closing they keep their key in pouch.Any circular shared for branch should be closed by single person only for past 3years.and another thing teller not changed for 30days once .

There is nothing to like about i Axis Bank. Total toxic work culture and biased promotion and compensation policies.

Total toxic work culture Biased promotion and compensation policies ( Some college graduates are given preference in promotion even if they do nothing). No equal work equal pay policy. Some college graduates are hired as senior even when they know nothing and are paid 2-3 times more. Yes you read it right. HR are unresponsive and useless. Other than local bosses overall company culture is good.

Most of the old employees who are in leadership now are always run their dirty politics and favouritism within the organisation and most importantly they are not at all updated with current generation and market scenario and doesn't have proper leadership quality they are still quite old fashioned.

Organisation culture is best and Axis is a paymaster. If you work really well you are rewarded accordingly in final year appraisal. Job security is not a matter of concern and HR Functions are very active and supportive. I think best bank to work for in private sector

Certain function/departments can have long work hours and lead to a feeling for few employee that work life balance is hard to manage. But you win some and lose some

Supervisors are not good. Always push you to get the target complete by giving mental stress and always humiliate by words. Use abusive words and etc..
