I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

WLB matters! Deloitte can be work-heavy depending on the project, while Flipkart might have crazy peak seasons (Big Billion Days = No Sleep). Which one fits your lifestyle?

If Flipkart’s stock component is huge, ask about vesting schedules. Are you willing to stay 3-4 years to reap the benefits? If not, Deloitte’s higher fixed pay might be the better deal. What’s your timeline?
