Day to Day Office

Why Do We Love WFH So Much?
Because:
1.We’d rather hang out with aging parents than office vending machines.
2. Our toddler is cuter than our cubicle neighbor (no offense to their questionable lunch smells).
3. We'd rather have dinner with our spouse than gossip with random flat mates about that one nosy landlord.
4. A weekend getaway with childhood friends > surviving rush hour for a team lunch.
5. Saving on fuel, rent, and overpriced sandwiches feels smarter than just surviving paycheck to paycheck.
6. Traffic jams aren’t fun, and meetings don’t require our physical presence just decent Wi-Fi.
But alas, corporate reality insists on strict office check-ins while happily making us join 11 PM global calls from home. So, here’s the million-dollar question: If we deliver stellar work remotely, why does our location matter?
It's not about productivity, is it? It's about clinging to old processes in the name of “culture.” Or maybe someone just really likes office coffee.

WFH isn’t just about comfort, it’s about sanity. No more fighting for parking spaces or dealing with that one colleague who hogs the microwave. Seriously, does anyone miss that?

Do we really need to come into the office to ‘collaborate’? I’m pretty sure my Zoom call with 5 people is just as productive as sitting in a room where half of them are on their phones.

WFH is the best work-life balance cheat code. If I can take a break to walk my dog or cook lunch for my kids, why am I being forced to waste time in a traffic jam for the same job?

It’s wild how companies insist on ‘culture’ while ignoring the culture of happiness that WFH creates. A happy employee is more productive, but guess what? They don’t need to be in an office for that

Can we stop pretending that ‘office culture’ is more important than actual productivity?

The ‘WFH or bust’ mentality is real. People don’t want to go back to old routines, they want balance. So why are companies pushing against the tide when remote work is clearly more efficient?

I want to spend my time with my pet cat, I don't like meeting people or talking much, I work alone way better than in team so WFH is it for me. Only positive trend that covid started.

Obedience and compliance in the name of culture and discipline. They're just showing us they're the boss and they have the power to make us come to office.
