I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?
I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Stuck with Low Salary!
Hi All, Need your suggestions / advice : I had joined an MNC 6 years back as Fresher with salary of 3.18 LPA. In last 6 years, got 2 promotions and currently working as Team Lead with 10LPA. I am not satisfied with salary and somehow feel it's not appreciating my efforts with such low salary. How to change mindset for switching jobs? Or what should be done?

Stuck from 2.6 years without hike and promotion
I have been working at my current organization for 2.6 years and started with a CTC of ₹8 lakh, which has remained unchanged since my joining. During this period, I have not received any promotions or salary hikes, which has made me question whether I should wait for growth within the company or explore external opportunities. I am hopeful of getting a promotion in June this year, but I am unsure if it’s worth waiting for. Here’s what I am considering: 1. Stay and wait for the promotion: There’s a possibility of career progression in June. Should I wait for it, considering the time and effort I have invested here? 2. Start looking for a new opportunity: I could begin exploring other organizations where I might receive a better salary, role, and career growth. However, leaving without securing my next promotion feels uncertain. I would appreciate suggestion: Whether I should wait until June or start looking for better option or if you have something else please tell me in comments

Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?
I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week. And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
