Your take home salary hardly increases by 10 LPA, even if your CTC is increased from 50 LPA to 1 crore! Remeber: company have option at your replacement but your mom dad haven't. Business owners talk about how Japanese people work hard and grow their country but they never tell how companies treat them very professionally. I respect the business struggle but once you reach on top of business then all become the same nonsense.

Kamlesh Kamtekar, who was working as a Asst. Creative Manager in a company was laid off due to cost cutting! He had 14 years of experience in the field of graphic designing and was jobless for 5 months after that. He applied to multiple job openings and even tried referrals from his connections. One can assume he'd have great connections after being in the industry for so long! But unfortunately, nothing worked and finally he decided to start something of his own and here's what he came up with! Even his Linkedin Bio says, "Auto Rickshaw Driver" Now as a final year student who's in the middle of the placement season, I can't tell you how much this thing scares me! 12 years of schooling, 4 years of graduation and then 14 years of corporate experience....just for this? Freshers ko problem hoti h job dhundhne me suna tha, but now such experienced people too are facing this?😶😶

The system, designed to streamline hiring, was automatically rejecting all job candidates, including the manager's test application. Sharing his experience on Reddit, the manager revealed that the HR department had struggled to find suitable candidates for three months, unaware of the systemic issue. He then decided to conduct an investigation. He created a pseudonym, submitted his resume, and was shocked when it was automatically rejected within seconds 😂. I agree taxes are high and our finance ministry is big joke for even discussing on issues like taxing popcorn differently. But but but, all those people who're saying that we should leave India, do you really think you will get such cheap labour and resources elsewhere? Jitna kaam India me jugaad se hojata h, utna kaam kisi aur country me krke dekhna you will get your answer! And now to fool restaurants they have added a new format, distance based take rates. The more the delivery distance, the more the take rate. But the question is, are their own Delivery partners getting benefitted from this? - Double Standard of Deepinder Goyal's: He wants restaurants to not hike menu prices on Zomato and keep parity (equality) with restaurant's own offline prices, but hikes restaurant commision rates when restaurants do not listen to him and still increase prices on their online menu. Well, I recently read that some restaurants in Chandigarh's Nayagaon region were offering only a single dish at high prices. on Zomato's Platform. The dish names were unusual, such as Naughty Strawberry, Blue Adventure and Merry Berry. People started talking on social media that these restaurants are potentially selling dr*gs. It would've been extremely negative for Zomato's brand image if this story had been picked up. And hence to cover this up, the brilliant marketing and PR team at Zomato came up with this idea to announce a weird job post via CEO's account to divert all the attention. And no doubt, it worked perfectly well, my social media is literally filled with this news since morning. Bravo marketing move, if this is true.

I have been working with Zepto for a year now. It is the most toxic work culture. I want to post this now because A: It is an anonymous platform. B: The firm has lots of publicity but only we know how bad things are: A lot of fake data is given to media and employees are encouraged to keep posting this material on Social Platform. Even social media copies and images are given to employees to help with pr. There are massive cases of fraud that i cant disclose without revealing my position. At least 10 people leave the company every week and 20 more young people are hired.

IIT Delhi had 1,200 offers while IIT Kanpur had 1,109 offers, a record placement season Microsoft, Google, BCG, McKinsey all recruited, 80 got global offers after a lot of chatter last year on 30% IITians being unplaced. On one hand, some women are taking benefit of this extended maternity leave policy by quitting or switching the jobs once the leave is over. Whereas on the other hand, to avoid such scenarios, companies are firing married women by giving lame reasons. Even a friend of mine working in a startup went on her maternity leave but was later laid off in between the leave stating some organization level restructuring. What do you think is the solution to this? I feel, making a new rule which stops women from quitting the job after atleast 1 or 2 years of the maternity leave will improve this situation, what say?
