We are earning only to pay more taxes!!
After you cross the 50 LPA salary mark, majority of your salary starts going to government as a tax!
Your take home salary hardly increases by 10 LPA, even if your CTC is increased from 50 LPA to 1 crore!
Why even bother earning and going up to the corporate hierarchy if you are doing it all for the government only?

EY's 26Yr old Employee death
Ernst & Young EY’s 26-year-old employee's death has fueled the toxic corporate work culture debate on social media. Earlier, Infosys co-founder Narayana Murthy’s “70-hour” advice to youngsters sparked a similar discussion.
Who is responsible for her death/murder?
Where is the HR who said we are family?
Where is the management and boot licking Executive?
Dear friends only focus on the work which is good for health and life. Don't think about the company and the name of the company.
Remeber: company have option at your replacement but your mom dad haven't.
Business owners talk about how Japanese people work hard and grow their country but they never tell how companies treat them very professionally.
I respect the business struggle but once you reach on top of business then all become the same nonsense.

Want to Be a Zomato VIP? It'll Cost You 20 Lakhs
Seriously, Zomato? A 20 lakh "fee" to be Deepinder Goyal's assistant? No salary for a year? Is this a joke or a new level of exploitation?
I mean, I get wanting to work with a high-profile CEO, but this is ridiculous. It's like they're saying, "Hey, you pay us to learn and grow!"
What do you guys think? Is this the future of work, or a step too far? 🤔

HR Team Fired After Manager's Own Resume Gets Auto-Rejected In Seconds
A shocking discovery led to the termination of an entire HR team after a manager uncovered a critical error in the company's applicant tracking system (ATS). The system, designed to streamline hiring, was automatically rejecting all job candidates, including the manager's test application. Sharing his experience on Reddit, the manager revealed that the HR department had struggled to find suitable candidates for three months, unaware of the systemic issue.
He then decided to conduct an investigation.
He created a pseudonym, submitted his resume, and was shocked when it was automatically rejected within seconds 😂.
He wrote on Reddit, "I've created myself a new email and sent them a modified version of my CV with a fake name to see what was going on with the process and guess, I got auto rejected." Despite his impressive qualifications, he was instantly rejected without any human oversight. "I got auto-rejected. HR didn't even look at my CV," he shared.
