In compared to other banks there there is quite work life balance is there. Else there is no good thing who which will encourage the employee to work in this Bank.

Dislikes

No employee and customer is satisfied with axis. Since client is always disappointed with the services of Axis so that employee need to focus more on service issues as employee need to generate new business instead of servicing the existing clients. There is no process to work company is working like Lala company, very orthodox andvery old system. System is still not updated as compared to other bank. An absence of employee there is no other employee who can take the ownership of the assignment. An employee who is getting 80 marks out of hundred is getting 3 rating and who is getting 20 marks he is also getting three marks so that is no difference who is willing to do and who is not willing to do....Read More

It's a manager driven company. No value for HR and they don't follow terms and conditions. If manager decided to sack the employee they will do it. They tranfer you any branch and they don't even consult with the employee before

Good culture, we keep our KRA better we are in safer side. Obviously based on your boss your work life balance will decide.

Dislikes

Process is not that much better. Everything they have centralise in Mumbai and Hyderabad. I don't know they have aware about the process or not.

They expect employee 1) to come on time but not to leave for home after completion of working hour. 2) share work load of another location but not giving reward during appraisal. 3) discharge the duties / complete the task without proper training on policies and procedures. 4) process the work on an inefficient IT system in an efficient manner but same is not accounted in daily productivity.
