They expect employee 1) to come on time but not to leave for home after completion of working hour. 2) share work load of another location but not giving reward during appraisal. 3) discharge the duties / complete the task without proper training on policies and procedures. 4) process the work on an inefficient IT system in an efficient manner but same is not accounted in daily productivity.

Dislikes

When management changed, everything changes. Axis bank attration ratio is 55% which is highest ever. Also new joinees attration ratio is 47%. Which shows companys position. Also there is no work life balance. No leaves. And forget about the culture. Also bell curve is imposed a person is working 9 am to 11 pm job and still no gurantee of good ratting
