Work life balance is pathetic, increment is done in pennies and managers and higher hierarchy gets more benefit. Strict deadlines and even you have to work on saturday and sundays

Good environment but only for permanent, not good for contingent worker.

Dislikes

As a contingent worker, fill inferior as compare to permanent employee. Agree there is differences in contingent and permanent employee but if you differentiate them at a time of 'Interntional Women day' then this is big concern for me. Other than this all looks good and employees are friendly with each other.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
