This could be due to poor management, unethical practices, or a general lack of respect and support from leadership. 2. Manager's Behavior: If your manager is blackmailing you, this is a serious issue. Managers are supposed to provide support, guidance, and help in career development, not threaten or manipulate employees. This is an example of workplace bullying, which should not be tolerated. 3. Benching and Attendance Issues: Being put on the bench without valid reasons can be frustrating and demotivating. Managers withholding attendance approvals and imposing unnecessary restrictions are also signs of an unhealthy work environment. 4. No Festival Leave: Limiting festival leave only to major holidays like Holi and Diwali and not allowing employees to take leave during other festivals can create feelings of exclusion. Workplaces should ideally be flexible in accommodating cultural and personal preferences. 5. Lack of Medical Leave: Not having medical leave or the need to deduct medical leave from annual leave is highly problematic, especially in cases of unexpected health issues. It reflects a lack of empathy and care for employees' well-being. 6. HCL is good company but some seniors employees making it bad for junior employees. I resigned on 11 Aug 2023 , Last working day was 8 Nov 2023 , After that for last 17 months , till today , i could not get a single job in IT industry because HCL is conducting my fake interviews with the help of its friend companies for the revenge of resign. Normally first a employee search a job , gets a selection in other company with good package but i showed so much honesty and resigned suddenly without searching any job ( selection ) because i did not know that HCL will conduct my fake interviews with the help of its friend companies. for last 16 months i have given so many interviews some are good , but their is either no selection or no feedback, i am getting fake job calls , attended so many fake interviews only because i resigned from HCL suddenly without getting any other job before resign from HCL.. Before you join, keep this thing in your mind that your CTC will showing okay but you will get only your fixed part rest variable part they will hold or give any unethical reason. At the time of interview they will told you, cab facility free but when your salary will come they will deduct already cab transport amount which is not defined per ride cost. Men are less power then women. Total partiality environment and more favourable for women only. No promotion, they promote as per they like or relatives personal. Asked to do coding like fresher for 30 months even promoted as pm with no revision in compensation . Never get an opportunity to contribute or learn project management and very much under paid. forced to resign. No elevation or growth in career. No sign of career building. Again and again forced to tasks apart from aligned designation. Very frustrated.

HCL gives freshers support projects that are so easy even an 8th-grade student could do them. If you join at a salary of ₹20,000 per month, it will stay the same even after 5 years.
