I like the work environment. It is not as stressful as thought to be. Job is quite secure in HCL Tech except for the non-compliant issue where ZTP action is immediately taken. Overall, the company's job security bit as well as the atmosphere is conducive.

Dislikes

An extremely bad scenario of getting promoted and for the salary increment.

I have associated with HCL family for continuous of 09+ years IOMC support from 2025 to 2024. Learnt more like Professionalism, Work life 24x7x365 support to the entire world. Then provide there own training and other benifits but including a draw back you have to sign a bond for one year or 2 year that's not a good thing no one should have rights to stop anyone growth.

HR not able to fullfill the benifits and there own promises after joining even after joining they behaved like they don't know who are you and very partial behaviour between new employees and old employees.

I had been working on HCL since December 2022. This is the worst organisation I have worked with. The management was very rude and abusive. There is no job security as they just find the way to fire the employees. I was terminated and the reason was I refused to relocate in Chennai. I will email to higher management including Shiv Nadar and all higher management soon so that they are all get in trouble like I was. Never join HCL in your life.
