Health insurance and health care facilities is good ,free cab, they retain employees which is rare unlike other companies, hike is average and based on performance,work culture is okay not that great.

Dislikes

Ambp component deduction from f&f settlement after resignation, process is bad, not structured.

Changing domain a good idea?

I've got 5+ yrs of presales experience in Financial Services domain. Building more domain experience thru courses too. Working in latest tech - Cloud, GenAI etc. Got an offer in telecom, manufacturing - same presales role though with a decent hike. Also would be working in these techs only because this is the market now. Would changing the domain be a good idea now?
