If you don't listen to your manager he will make sure to ruin your life inspite of your health is not well or you have a family issue.
And will rate you so badly that all the work that you have done so far doesn't even matter now . Dislikes: If you have to get promotion you have to be in a good book of your manager and have to listen what ever he says you to do.
He will make sure to ruin your life and keep you such a mental state that you might get mentor stress and questions your worth
