Hence accenture is a great company for working standard but i did work started in Accenture past 2 years but still in contract.. why there are taking such huge time for conversion is an question mark .. they can improve to get fast card convertion.

Regarding card convertion its take above 2yrs for contract to green card still i did not converted😒

I joined as a fresher and they treated me well at the beginning

Dislikes

After few days as a fresher, they will eat your brain by giving heavy load, overtime, weekend works but without any overpay or extra leaves also.

1. You will get only 3% hike if you not living in bangalore 2. I have Performance 3lpa yearly but got only 36000 3. Health Insurance you have to pay 10% of claim amount example you hospitalized you got bill of 1lakh you have to pay 10k 4. If you want to add your parents you have to pay 16000 for 1lpa Insurance

Very poor working environment, this is the worst organization in my 15 years of experience. No work life balance. You have to do double job one for client and one for so-call accenture's revenue. You never know when HR comes with PIP whereas you have some other plans for your development. No good learning projects. Poor management. I have never seen such poor managers like i had who hails from Pakistan and talk like they ask a question from you on gunpoint but still i though to adjust and keep growing for the sake of career but on the other hand Accenture management comes up with PIP in such situation it get really difficult to work....Read More

Very poor organization, if i every get chance to talk to Julie Sweet( CEO of accenture) i will share a fair review that people here work like donkey to make management happy. I have seen people left due to long working hours made them ill.

Worst company, so many poltics in North India projects and in gurugram. No value of women's. For them doesn't matter how much efforts person is giving even client is happy with work they never recognised me. Supervisor and leads only show favouritism even there is no achievement by that person. This platform is small enough to tell reality of accenture

Worst culture I have ever seen in my career, people are working here only do fake, no sense of professionalism and no fun environment. Job satisfaction is bad and no sense of security. Mental breakdown is normal here.10 hours of work in office and they pay only for 9.5 hrs Worst experience.
