Now it is not a good company, it is just a big company, now there is Cartel system/groupism/Communalism that if person is from that group will only get hike/promotion/growth. Rest everyone is just a head count for a company. If you work more work, show dedication in reward you will get more work and appreciation in form of email.

Managers take you for granted, promotions are happening, however they are indifferent to your personal financial growth. Leadership here is more focused on cost cutting, moving existing people to new projects and putting extra burden on the remaining resources

Company and its operation policy are good but people Who are leading team are not capable enough to direct team according to company values and policies. Work life balance is critical in some of the projects. And it's transportation policy makes you loose your time atleast for 2hours in a day excluding travel time. Leads are not transparent in giving ratings, OT pay won't given on time and most of the time no full OT will be given ,if work extra 10 hours it will be given 1 or 2 hours based on the leads mood. People are supportive here. It also depends on your team. I am fortunate to get a very supportive team. WFH assistance of 18k provided in the beginning to equip your wfh setup. Infrastructure is good. Overall better than other service based companies.

Dislikes

Promotions and hikes delayed for a particular year quoting company’s revenue not good. I have received no salary hike since I joined. Don’t know about other teams.
