1. They give very minimal hike and during your appraisal cycle they change your PeM. The new PeM don't even know what my rating is and doesn't even discuss about it. In my 3 yrs with IBM I had discussion after I put my papers only as it coincides with Appraisal Cycle. And in 3 years I got 1 hike only. Rest of the time... Read More
